Waters has two streamlined and established partner programs:
- Instrument Partner Program: Enables third-party instruments on Waters software like Empower Chromatography Data System (CDS).
- Software Partner Program: Enables software-to-software connectivity through the use of Waters application programming interfaces (APIs).
These programs offer access to resources partners need, such as access to Waters software, support, and standardized terms. Waters can also facilitate more custom engagements outside our standard programs.

With deep knowledge of this outstanding software product, plus years of working closely with various customers throughout the field, beyontics will help you get the most out of your Empower Software installation and applications as well as assist in developing special solutions for your company’s individual needs and requirements.

Caliber Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a company formed in 2001 with a focus on solutions for pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Caliber's core competency lies in building solutions for Pharma and laboratory activities and solutions for international quality standards and regulatory norms like GLP, FDA, and GAMP. Caliber has developed a portfolio of competencies out of this core competency.
The company's flagship product CaliberLIMS is designed using cutting edge technologies to help the Pharma/ biotech companies to comply to the stringent international regulatory norms like Electronic Signatures and Electronic Records (21CFR PART 11), GAMP etc. Implementation of CaliberLIMS would reduce the risk of regulatory non-conformance. InfoChem’s Chemistry Cartridge (ICCART) uses an Oracle relational database to handle, store and retrieve data on chemical structures and reactions. Using standard SQL syntax, this data can be extended to Waters Software, providing you with access to this information for your research and synthesis work.

Inserting chemical structures and reactions into tables
Registering and normalizing structures
Editing and indexing structures and reactions

For the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries S-Matrix's Fusion QbD platform automates strategic R&D experimentation in the areas of Analytical R&D, Chemical and Process R&D, Formulations and Product R&D.
Fusion Method Development
Fusion Method Development (FMD) automates LC method development overcoming the limitations inherent in other software products. Only FMD uses a QbD-aligned, multivariate approach to rapidly develop methods optimized for mean chromatographic performance and robustness. With a statistically rigorous Design of Experiments approach, FMD creates experiments, analyzes data, and presents results as visual and numeric method predictions. FMD features an intuitive template-driven front-end to build and run experiments. Unique Trend Response Operators can be used to eliminate tedious peak tracking. The QbD Design Space limits within which mean method performance and robustness requirements are met can be easily established with the FMD Robustness Simulator.
FMD works seamlessly with Empower 3 Chromatography Data Software (CDS) and ACQUITY UltraPerformance LC (UPLC) to automate liquid chromatographic method development according to Quality-by-Design guidelines. Fusion not only greatly accelerates method development, it enables development of more robust methods which transfer successfully and withstand the test of repeated use.

This collaboration provides customers with the option for online or offline LC analysis, utilizing the full potential of both companies’ technologies. With the EmpowerLink feature, analysis is made simple with the ability to transfer sample set data directly to Empower for LC analysis.
