Chromatographic solutions for analysis of therapeutic nucleic acids
Presented by Martin Gilar, Research Fellow, Separations Research, Waters Corporation
Monday, July 22 | 12:30 - 1:30 PM
Colorado G - J
We will compare chromatographic methods for analysis of oligonucleotides and mRNA, LC MS applications, and software. We will discuss the optimization of LC resolution, impact of melting temperature on siRNA analysis, non-specific adsorption of nucleic acid on column metal hardware, and new SEC columns. Selected applications for phosphorothioate oligonucleotides and sgRNA analysis will be discussed.
