Phosphorylation plays a key role in activation of specific pathways in vivo, which has also been demonstrated to play a part in cancer development. Here, we utilise Data Dependent Acquisition with fast scan times of 20Hz MSMS and mass resolution up to 100,000 FWHM on the Xevo MRT to definitively map and localise these post-translational modifications in treated and untreated human glioblastoma cell lines.
