Increasing study sizes necessitates an increase in throughput without compromising data quality. Here, we utilised vacuum jacketed columns to maintain chromatographic separation and the Xevo MRT to provide unparalleled resolution at fast scan speeds. The combination of resolution and speed facilitated separation of control and disease state groups, even when gradient times were compressed to 1 min.
