Comprehensive Discovery Lipidomic Workflow Which Utilizes a Prototype, Multi-Reflecting Tof With Integrated Informatics, Providing Highly Confident Lipid Characterization and Quantification
This poster describes about a new lipidomics workflow that combines the Waters Xevo MRT Mass Spectrometer with the Mass Analytica Lipostar2 Software for data analysis and identification. The workflow was applied to analyze plasma samples from colorectal cancer patients and healthy controls using data-independent acquisition (DIA) mode on the Xevo MRT.
