Overview

On-target purification outcomes, every time

Preparative separations are purposeful and practical, meant for isolating targets from mixtures.

Purification outcomes can be off-target, varying by compound purity, recovery and turnaround times. With Waters solutions, including our Optimum Bed Density (OBD) Preparative Columns and Preparative LC Systems, you can ensure more accurate outcomes for your preparative separations.

Is maximizing target recovery an issue? If peak shape and low sensitivity plague your purification, metal-sensitive compounds may be ‘sticking’ to your stainless-steel column or other metal surfaces in your instrument flow path. Waters MaxPeak High-Performance Surfaces (HPS) Technology can help you achieve predictable scale-up for challenging molecular targets prone to interactions for applications such as organic acids, peptides, and oligonucleotides.

Let’s simplify your scale-up.

Let’s simplify your scale-up.

Simple scale-up rules offer practical guidance for purification success on the first try.

Once you’ve learned these five rules, your lab can focus on applying the 5 rules of scale up in LC purification.

Waters OBD Preparative and new Premier OBD Preparative Column Solutions contain robust chromatographic particles designed for the rigors of purification.

With Waters purification solutions, including our highly efficient Preparative Columns, you can directly scale from ultra-performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) with extended column life and higher recoveries.

We’ll help you crunch the numbers.
